Guestbook for Betty O'Brian Worrell Showing 1 - 3 of 3 entries.

Betty Worrell was my friend and "stepmother" for many years. I am so very sad to lose her now, but I continue to feel her presence and love in my life, as does my father. It's not often that a person is graced with the friendship and love of such a fine person. Betty had an open and loving heart and she took me into it as she would have her own child, if she had had one of her own. She loved me without condition, for the person I am and the person I became when I felt that I needed to change my life and become the person I have always been inside. That takes a lot of love, and Betty had that. I will never, ever forget her and she will forever be in my thoughts and prayers. I know I'll see her again. She was truly a "class act", and I told her that often. She'd just smile and blush!! That was Betty!! I love you, Betty, and I miss you dearly.

Love,
Theo

Dear Pat:
We loved Betty so much. Thank you for being such a wonderful companion to her. I will always remember her as the epitome of style, good humor, intelligence, and beauty. As a child, I recall that, every Christmas, I looked forward to getting Betty's gift, because - like her - it was always distinctive, artistic, and interesting. She was a loyal friend to our parents, and she took a keen, lifelong interest in all the kids. She was a member of our family in every way.
Our thoughts are with you.
